These rules apply to every JLP PHOTO booking. Sending a request means you have read and accepted them.
Times are Japan Standard Time. The written notice counts when the email arrives.
A date can be moved once. The new day must fall within 6 months of the original date.
If a typhoon or heavy snow makes the session unsafe, you can move it once for free after you both agree. Ordinary rain does not cancel the session. The route can shift under cover, such as the Fushimi Inari corridors. A weather change of date is decided together.
If the photographer has an emergency, or there is force majeure, you get a full refund or a free new date.
Time starts at the agreed hour. Being late does not extend the end. Overtime is ¥5,000 per 30 minutes if the photographer can stay. Arrive 10–15 minutes early.
After you both confirm, the refund returns in 7–14 business days. Bank transfer fees already paid are not refunded.
If there is a dispute, write to hello@jlp.net and we will sort it out directly.
